2020 Virtual AWE Awards - RMC wins Celebration of Achievement Award

Lara and Karen are honoured with the Celebration of Achievement Award

Karen Ryan and Lara Murphy, co-founders of Ryan Murphy Construction were the Celebration of Achievement Award recipients. Awarded to exceptional female entrepreneurs who have achieved recognizable success and act as a role model for women in business. These visionary women are inspirational leaders who have built an entrepreneurial venture in Alberta that has made a significant impact on the economy and the community.

AWE also announced the recipients of the Emerging Entrepreneur, Indigenous Entrepreneur, and Upsurge Awards. A record-breaking 242 women across the province were nominated for the 2020 AWE Awards. This year’s finalists have demonstrated incredible innovation, leadership, and resilience.
