The modern Straad office is located on the second floor of the historic 1911 Toronto Dominion Bank building in downtown Calgary on the corner of 1st Street SE and historic Stephen Avenue Mall, beside  Olympic Plaza and Arts Commons. We modified the existing interior layout, transforming it from a plain, drab space to one of bright, bold contrasts that proudly complements the historic buildings in the area.

Using creative and sophisticated design and function ideas, we helped create an exceptional, unique multi-use and multi-functional office space with glass partitions and sliding walls. We installed new, modern light fixtures and cabinetry to help enhance this vision. Our challenge of working in a heritage building with existing tenants and a functioning restaurant downstairs was a positive experience that created a lasting relationship of trust between us, the client and design consultant.
